Payments

The payment methods used by Sidesk are –third-party services for payment processing– AZUL –from Banco Popular– and Paypal; they both comply with all security and encryption standards to keep your information safe.

We accept most credit and debit cards Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and payments through PayPal. Only necessary information will be used to complete payments or the affiliation process.

Refunds

Return (money), typically to a customer who is not satisfied with goods or services bought. We hope that'll never be the case 🤞

 

Since we are a digital services provider our refunds are very specific but please send us an email with your case to refunds@thesidesk.com and we will do anything possible to help you.

Support and management contracts are to be paid in advance. Unused time in your hourly or support contract can be used for credit towards upcoming work.
